You send an online quotation request on our webpage or by email.
We will confirm the availability for your stay, rental costs, send you the reservation documents and a payment link by email. We require a payment of one month’s rent and sometimes deposit to finalize the reservation.
You return the signed documents and make the payment with your credit card via the payment link. The payment can also be made via bank transfer. The payment should be made within 7 days after the reservation documents are signed.
Once the payment is made and rental agreement is signed you will be sent a confirmation email with the arrival instructions.
We require a payment of one month´s rent and sometimes a deposit equivalent to 1 month´s rent to finalize your reservation. This can be paid via payment link using your credit card or via bank transfer within 7 days after the rental agreement is signed.

Cleaning takes place once a week. Every second week we change the bed linen and towels.
